Deborah is an out-of-network insurance provider. Payment is due at the time of service, and a receipt will be provided which can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Before your first session, it is worth contacting your insurance provider to ask:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my plan cover?
• What is the reimbursement amount per session?
• Is a referral required from my primary care physician?

A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available. Please inquire if needed — financial circumstances should never be a barrier to care.
